Services
More than one kind of support.
Not everyone needs everything. Most people start with a coach and a conversation, and the plan grows from there. Here's what's on the table.
Peer recovery coaching
A peer coach is someone with their own experience in recovery whose job is to help you build yours. Coaches meet with you regularly, help you set goals that mean something to you, and stay with you when things get shaky. For a lot of people, coaching is where it starts and what holds the rest together.

Clinical services
Assessments and individual therapy with experienced, compassionate clinicians. An assessment helps us understand what's going on and what level of support makes sense. Therapy is space to work on what's underneath the substance use or the hard days: the patterns, the history, the stuff that keeps pulling you back.

Groups
We run peer led groups and clinical groups, built around shared experience, real connection, and practical support. Peer led groups are about connection and accountability: real conversation with people who get it. Clinical groups go deeper into skills and patterns. Groups are where a lot of people find out they're not the only one.

Life skills
The everyday stuff nobody taught most of us, or that got lost along the way. Budgeting, keeping a schedule, handling conflict, dealing with landlords and offices. Practical skills for building structure, independence, and long term stability.

Workforce support
Work gives a day shape. We help people get ready for it and get in the door: resumes, applications, interview practice, and how to talk about gaps and the past without letting them run the conversation. We also connect people with employers who hire people from all backgrounds and judge them on the work.

Practical barriers
A lot of recovery stalls on paperwork. We help with benefits applications and renewals, getting an ID, housing documentation, and the other barriers that affect day to day stability. It's not glamorous, and it's often what decides whether everything else can happen.

Built around you, not a package.
Everyone gets a plan built around what they want and what's in the way. Your coach, your clinician, and the rest of the team work from the same plan, so you're not repeating your story or getting pulled in different directions. As things change, the plan changes with you.
